Growing up in Greenville South Carolina, Matt was in business at a very young age. In 1st grade, motivated by not having money for the school store, Matt began competing with the School Store, selling school supplies out of his desk in order to finance his own wanted purchases. Business was Booming but unfortunately it was a short lived success. A quick and comical call to his Mother from the School’s Principal shut the door on that budding entrepreneur.
As a young adult attending the University of South Carolina, Matt fell in love with the fast paced Restaurant Industry. The people based and results driven business matched well with his personality and he quickly found his niche to be in New Restaurant Openings. While working for a regional, publicly traded company for 16+ years, Matt assisted in 48 new restaurant openings, working both the corporate and operations side of the business. It was here where he found his true passion. Matt is driven by hearing about people's lives, wanting to help them in their goals and dreams, and watching them succeed and develop their own legacies. Seeing the importance of being strongly rooted around his family, now a wife and 4 kids, the need for a more flexible schedule fueled his decision to leave restaurants and to transition into Real Estate.
As a licensed and full time real estate salesperson, what drives Matt the most being able to help people actualize their goals and dreams. He prides himself on building relationships centered on serving the needs of others. Matt has built a reputation of doing things 110% and hopes to become your Real Estate Professional for life.
