Sean Diaz has had many places he’s called home — an experience that has led him to fall in love with unique homes and residences. After living in numerous historic cities including Brooklyn, New York, Detroit, Michigan, and Savannah, Georgia, he and his lovely wife Morgan happily settled in Richmond, Virginia as their permanent home. It’s hybrid of big-city amenities and small-town charm, packed full of historic areas and beautiful homes is exactly what inspired Sean to become a realtor in RVA. 

After working in marketing and advertising for several years with large agencies and companies, Sean garnered countless hours of experience delivering results for clients with fast timelines. He’s built large books of business and managed multiple campaigns, while always putting his client’s needs first. Now that he’s an agent, he plans to instill the same values into his work as he helps others buy and sell their homes, knowing they’ve put their trust in the right person.

Sean is elated to partner with Hometeam, to combine their collective wealth of knowledge to serve the surrounding Richmond and Virginia areas. Bringing together their years of real estate knowledge and his marketing know-how, Sean aims to carefully educate his clients as they walk together through the home buying and selling process. He provides his clients with professional service, no matter what phase of life they’re in, putting their needs first.

Happily calling the West End his home, Sean can normally be found elbows deep in one of his many hobbies like beer brewing or woodworking. When he’s not engrossed in his projects, Sean and his wife are often enjoying a nice long walk with their Aussie, Georgia, going to Can Can Brasserie for lunch, or enjoying a pint at one of their favorite local breweries.
