3. Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and 120+ marketing websites

4. BOOST on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) – there are over 100 million Facebook users in the US, over 4 million in VA

5. Mail 100 Postcards of your property to your closest neighbors. Allow your current neighbors a chance to “pick their own neighbor.”

6. Prepare and email you an ePostCard, Rate Sheet, Flyer and Visual Tour of your property that you can forward to your friends, family and co-workers to help market the property

7. Open House

8. Contact my buyer leads, COI, and past clients for their referrals to expose your home to my extensive database

9. Keep you updated on changes in the marketplace and follow-up with any salespeople who have shown your home

10. Represent you on all offer presentations to ensure that you negotiate the highest dollar value for your sale
